**Job Description**:
**Responsabilities**
- D eep understanding of basic principles and concepts related to People Services.
- End to End process Management (process optimization, workflow development and management).
- Manage the process t hr ough pe e rs when related to the process that is responsible.
- Actively Identify opportunities in the operation processes/workflows and take advantage of analytics to implement improvements solutions.
- Communicate properly involving leadership and stakeholders in the decision process.
- D ata entry.
- Manage GDM and HR process and systems with knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Monitor Activities of Manager and Local HR.
- Monitor Partner Activities
- Running Reports
- Responsible to turn as visible Workday u pdates necessities.
- Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished - quantitative and qualitative.
- KPI and Results management ( a ct on preventive and reactive way in order to delivery/ overcome the expected results)
- Planned the upcoming volume, contingency and volumes management overseeing the different outcome.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree education.
- At least 1 year of experience in GBS or HR (desirable).
- English Advanced
- Spanish Advanced (Desirable).
- Office Package Advanced.
- Power BI and Share Point (Desirable).
- Availability to work in our 3x2 hybrid model in our offices located in Sao Caetano do Sul.
