About the Team
The team is responsible for managing the resource allocation process, and formulate incentive programs to unlock the growth potential of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
In-depth analyse the current business situation and GMV growth drivers, organize the resource allocation mechanisms and formulate incentive programs;
2.
Leading the implementation and execution of incentive policy, and being responsible for the effect of the policy.

3.
Understand the different needs from different segments of merchants/creators/partners/CAP, develop proper methods for user segmentation, and design dedicated policies for different groups of users;
4.
Manage and control policy expense resources, design reasonable expense delivery strategy, and be responsible for policy ROI;
5.
Collaborate with cross-departmental colleagues e.g.
regional strategy, merchant & creator operations, and product operations to align information and integrate resources to achieve goals.
**Qualifications**:
1.
10+ years of work experience in consultancy or strategy management, end-to-end experience of policy management (from design, execution to review) in e-commerce platform is highly preferred;
2.
Ability to influence at a senior-level;
3.
Clear logic, methodology, and good past successful project cases;
4.
Sensitive to data, able to output effective strategies based on data analysis and user behavior insights;
5.
Have strong learning ability, self-driving force and anti-pressure ability, think independently, and be good at summarizing;
6.
Excellent communication and resource integration skills, have a good understanding of content e-commerce, and have a clear understanding of the projects in charge of and development plans;
7.
Experience in budget management is preferred.
