**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The VTEX Consolidation and Financial Reporting team is responsible for the areas of Financial Reporting, Consolidation of VTEX subsidiaries, and Intercompany transactions accounting and its primary scope is to ensure that the accounting records and financial statements are accurate, complete, and that have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and filed in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
As part of the Consolidation and Financial Reporting team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Controllership, Investor Relations, and FP&A areas by providing accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner. **WHO YOU ARE**:

- Organized, inquisitive, innovative problem solver with the ability to perceive, understand and interpret facts quickly and precisely;
- Demonstrated business acumen with the knowledge to provide solutions that drive positive results;
- Strong communication skills, being able to synthesize and communicate well to all levels within the company;
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including BRGAAP and IFRS;
- Strong knowledge of Internal Controls concepts and Sarbanes Oxley regulations;
- Advanced in oral and written English and Portuguese;
