Summary & Role Information We are seeking a Global Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support the following key areas:
Operations Execution (40%) Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by providing operational support, including but not limited to:Adding courses in Success Maps Learning and reporting on course completionEngaging volunteers for expert sessions or networking sessionsEnsuring correct Zoom links are used in all invitationsIdentifying and implementing simplified processes to enhance operational efficiencyWorkshop Facilitation (40%) Co-facilitate onboarding sessions to create an exciting and engaging environment for new hiresCollaborate with co-facilitators to drive audience engagement and comfortably interact with new hiresComplete all pre-work and post-work alongside your facilitatorTechnology Testing and Optimization (20%) Support the migration of processes and technical landscapes into the SuccessFactors Suite, including Workzone, Onboarding 2.0, Success Maps Learning, and othersServe as a process expert, identifying gaps in technology and initiating solutions to address challengesExperience and Role Requirements Proven innovative thinking and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated workshop facilitation experience with a strong customer focusExcellent execution skills, showcasing operational excellence in planning, organizing, and communicating, with systematic working methodsNatural team player with the ability to build strong work relationships in a virtual team environmentVery good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be beneficialExperience with SuccessFactors Suite or similar HR software is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ZoomStrong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyIf you are passionate about creating exceptional onboarding experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to a global team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
