Global Operation Accelerated Leadership

This 2-year Global Operation Accelerated Leadership Programme (GOAL) is designed to develop future leaders, equipping with a Global Mindset and 360-Degree Abilities in the Global Traveller's Hospitality industry to support upcoming business expansion . We recruit globally for this programme, with two to three intakes per year, targeting candidates with 10 years of operations related experience around aviation, hospitality, F&B and Retail . With our unique traveller hospitality business model, this opportunity provides comprehensive work experience and exposure to different facets of our global business, preparing them for a successful career with us. Upon completion of the programme, based on the performance, high-performing leadership talents will be accelerated into key roles as Senior Manager/Associated Director in our various operations at various locations.
