RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with Global SIOP Process Leader to execute the consolidation of regional Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning activities amongst the Sales, Manufacturing and Procurement functions consisting of, but not limited to:
· Consensus demand planning
· Manufacturing capacity and network optimization
· Inventory optimization
· Support scenario planning with executive leadership
· Support Global Material & Manufacturing Planning Senior Director to build tools supporting global material & manufacturing planning process.
· Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in global operations.
· Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
· Ensure KPIs are accurate and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion.
· Drive best practices and S&OP/SIOP standardization across all business units and regions.
· Creates an environment of continuous improvement with emphasis placed on building a culture of personal ownership.
· Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance and key metrics.
· Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements and provide support to ensure alignment with global strategies.
· Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing operations, including process reengineering, system implementations, and change management initiatives.
· Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
· Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· All reports from Global SIOP and Global Operational Governance teams for accuracy, timeliness of update and quality of design to drive meaningful decisions.
· Support of Global SIOP Process leader and Global Operations Governance Leader in running meetings and preparing for executive reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience building data management and reporting tools, preferably in Supply Chain, Sales Operations or Strategic Sourcing.
· Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
· Ability to multitask and organize your own work efforts.
· Strong communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to drive solutions.
· Working knowledge of SQL to source data for global reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
· (APICS or CPM)
· Working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory management and material planning software (Oracle preferred)
· Experienced with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query
· Familiar with Smart Sheets
· Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle to source data for global reporting
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in a technical field Computer Science, Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field
