You help to define and implement business strategies and growth initiatives by including new market opportunities such as OEM account agreements, sales tools and go-to-market strategies for white spot geographies and segments. You proactively develop differentiating strategic ideas related to sales tools and customers in close collaboration with GPMM, GPM, and hub/regional or local marketing and sales function.Your responsibilities:OEM Account developments: You drive and lead new partnerships with selected local and global OEMs, set up and manage local and global frame agreements, loyalty agreements, T&Cs, and manage and support global OEM account agreements cross-HUBs. You follow up and support the business development (orders received) of the implemented frame agreements/loyalty agreements.Sales Tools: You drive and lead the sales tool development and implementation together with HUBs and BU Sales ops team, define as-is and to-be sales processes and implement sales tools like PowerShop and CPQ etc.Strategy definition: You contribute to global strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of tools needed to improve speed and productivity in the sales process, strategic OEM accounts, segments, white spot markets and offerings etc.Business plans: You work closely with the GPG team to identify, define and follow-up strategic initiatives and business plans, and support the implementation.Channel partner and Distributor development: You expand our surface to customers with a broad sales network.Business Model development: You analyze trends in customer needs and buying behavior to identify opportunities for new business models, such as rental/lease, outcome-based service contracts etc.Market input for GPMs roadmap: You analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as conducting white spot analysis and defining relevant strategies to penetrate the market.
