Global Project Senior Analyst - São Paulo

Descrição:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent English.
Experience managing technology projects, preferably in a global, cross-functional environment.
Previous experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) role, with similar responsibilities in coordinating and supervising complex projects.
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are desirable.
Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL is desirable.
Have participated in implementations of large ERPs, preferably SAP.
Experience with Azure DevOps for project planning and monitoring.
Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reports and presentations.
Ability to plan, execute, and control technology projects, with an emphasis on global coordination.
Ability to analyze and interpret project data to make informed decisions and implement improvements.
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in complex projects.
Verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate objectives, processes, and problems for different audiences.

Project Management:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of technology projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.
Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.

Planning and Coordination:

Develop and implement project management plans and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other departments involved.
Organize and conduct project status and review meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are documented and tracked.

Monitoring and Control:

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and problems, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Maintain project documentation up to date, including project plans, change logs, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies and procedures.

Resource Management:

Manage resource allocation, including coordination of internal and outsourced teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure delivery of required services.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate and recommend improvements to project management processes and tools used.
Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize project performance and results.
Work with the Global PMO area to align best practices and define standards for management.
