What you'll do: As Global Service Delivery Supervisor, you will ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of Windows-based services across multiple regions and locations, including management of supplier services, overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows infrastructure and applications to meet global business needs and objectives. In detail, you will:
Develop and execute global service delivery strategies for the Windows platform, including leading a team of specialists and engineers as well as managing supplier services, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives to ensure efficient operations;
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams and define SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics to measure service delivery effectiveness, becoming a reference point in all matters related to Windows service delivery;
Work with outsourced service providers, providing guidance and support, fostering collaborative relationships, ensuring alignment with Electrolux objectives, and driving continuous improvement;
Look for, implement, and maintain Windows-based technologies and solutions, conducting regular performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities and elaborating preventive and corrective action plans as necessary;
Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management processes related to the Windows platform and supplier services, aiming for timely resolution of issues and minimal impact on business operations;
Work with senior/lead system engineers to understand and implement IT infrastructure designs and rollouts within VMware ESXi and HyperV or alternative Hypervisor.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are: You have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a strong plus;
Extensive experience in managing Windows platform services and solutions (operating systems, servers, applications, and associated infrastructure);
Experience with supplier service management, including deployment of service delivery strategy;
Experience with multinational environments;
Solid knowledge of VMware ESXi, HyperV, and/or alternative Hypervisors;
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools and IT infrastructure designs and rollouts.
Advanced English.
Where you'll be: You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux's support teams.
