**Global Supply Chain Planner**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply Planning and Coordination**
- Develop and maintain global supply plans to support production schedules and customer demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and other teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and adjust supply plans based on changes in supplier performance, end-customer demand and market conditions.
- Lead communication with external suppliers to obtain clear overview of delivery of purchase orders and measure supplier performance.
- Establish clear communication with internal customers regarding availability of materials.
**Inventory Management**
- Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement policies for inventory control, including safety stock levels and reorder points.
- Collaborate with regional teams to manage inventory flow, minimize excess stock, and reduce obsolescence.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Utilize advanced analytics to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and Kaizen events to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline supply chain processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent/Advanced English and Portuguese;
- Experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of logistics operations, global trade regulations, customs procedures and/or APICS certification is a plus.
