What you'll do:
As a Global Talent Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of our Learning Management System, as well as related support operations, with a Latin America scope. If you have great organizational and analytical skills, can easily communicate and establish relationships with others, and can adapt quickly and effectively to changes in your environment, join us! In detail, you will:
Take charge of our Learning Management System (LMS) and related data reporting, including Learning and Talent & Performance modules;
Provide client support via the ServiceNow platform in relation to Talent Management processes;
Provide operational support for Talent Management regional initiatives, working together with specialized areas;
Support local systems in learning activities;
Provide leadership support and supervision of language and post-graduation grant processes;
Coordinate and support annual Employee Voice processes for Latin America;
Take part in and collaborate with People projects, alongside People Relations and specialized People areas.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor's degree;
Solid experience within HR area, preferably in Talent Management (e.g. Learning, T&P, Recruiting);
Experience working with remote teams;
Knowledge of Learning Management systems is highly desirable;
Knowledge of Workday is a plus;
Intermediate Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
Advanced English;
Spanish is a plus.

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux's support teams.
