GOAT LEAD PERFORMANCE LEADING AND SUPPORTING CAMPAIGNS Understand your clients' challenges, media spend activity and marketing strategies, using this insight to drive upselling and re-sign opportunities, actively looking for opportunities to "steal" budget from other disciplines. Be able to jump into any campaign in the business - even ones that you are not working on - and be able to troubleshoot effectively. Oversee the work of and support your line manages with their client servicing COMMERCIAL DRIVE Identify and proactively seek opportunities to drive new business. Hit revenue targets. Identify new clients to work with, acting as the lead on all new business calls that you attend CLIENT SATISFACTION Be able to problem solve any issue on your account, knowing when to flag an issue to a member of Senior Management Be the ultimate point of escalation in the Account Management team Proactively look for client entertainment opportunities, managing and attending a calendar of networking events with the intention of meeting prospective clients and growing the agency's portfolio Arrange industry leading lunch and learns/focus groups for your clients, with a demonstrable ability to educate clients on Goat's offering KEY KNOWLEDGE AND INTERNAL PROCESSES Continuously display expert front-line industry knowledge that you will share with the rest of your team as well as the rest of the business Uphold the Goat company standards across all of your accounts and flag immediately if they slip Effectively manage your team and take responsibility for their adherence to agency policy and process, including timesheets, meeting targets, and overall performance Follow Goat processes from brief to re-sign, making sure your line manages are following internal processes too STRATEGY AND KEY SKILLS Be able to successfully create client growth plans, managing these successfully into fruition Be able to lead on external all-agency meetings Create and maintain impeccable relationships with the key stakeholders on each of your accounts Successfully manage the P&L on each account SKILLS Have exceptional knowledge of all influencer platforms and be able to deliver across every vertical and every platform Oversee key accounts and provide support for those you are not directly involved with Exceptional ability to handle any situation that faces them under intense pressure Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to problem solve and offer support on the spot Produce proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts Exercise knowledge of the industry by developing a comprehensive training plan for the account management team Create client organograms so the wider business can understand the brands we service Work on developing internal case studies to evangelize Goat throughout all client business Constantly keeping an eye on client satisfaction after the sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally Consistent liaising with senior management for business planning, strategy and innovation Maintaining positive relationships between INT and EXT teams; juggling dynamics between teams and problem-solving inefficiencies Maintaining, tracking accurate client records, keeping track of any contractual updates, renewals and invoicing across all accounts you oversee and lead Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large customers Experience leading and attending all types of meetings that take place within the agency Expert level knowledge of paid campaigns and how to communicate paid to clients - incl the benefits and advantages of influencer paid within campaigns Expert communication of paid campaigns and performance Expert level knowledge and communication of paid metrics and strategy in order to upsell/implement into campaigns Have knowledge of all types of media Making pitch/margin/delivery decisions based on the value of an Account to the business Have the knowledge and ability to train fellow Accounts Team members and people across the business in other teams (e.g., teach BD about mechanics etc) Set sales targets for each of your accounts Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time maintaining sharp attention to detail Ensure line managers are completing quarterly appraisal forms on time as well as making sure your own quarterly appraisals go ahead. Provide clear feedback to individuals you line manage.
