We're seeking someone who can drive our paid search strategy and deliver measurable results through data-driven campaign management and optimisation.Role Overview:We're looking for a strategic and analytical PPC Manager who will take ownership of our Google Ads campaigns and help scale our e-commerce business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce PPC management, with strong expertise in performance marketing and conversion rate optimisation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads platformsManage and optimise multiple campaign types including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance MaxConduct regular A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and campaign elementsCreate and optimise product feed management for Google Shopping campaignsMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insightsManage daily budget allocation and bidding strategiesImplement conversion tracking and analyse customer journey dataCollaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brandingIdentify new growth opportunities and expand into new market segmentsOptimise landing pages in collaboration with the web development teamStay up-to-date with PPC best practices and industry trendsRequired Skills/Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an e-commerce environmentProven track record of managing substantial monthly ad spend ($20k+ monthly)Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance MaxExperience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significanceStrong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag ManagerProficiency in landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)Experience with bid management tools and automation strategiesStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reportingGoogle Ads certification and other relevant certificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Skills:Experience with additional platforms (Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads)Knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with PPCExperience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)Familiarity with heat mapping tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg)Understanding of UX/UI principlesExperience with performance marketing in international marketsWhat's On Offer:Fully remote positionFlexible working schedule on UK hoursWork with a fast growing e-commerce brandPaid vacation leave and time offWork with a highly experienced and dedicated teamNote: Please submit your resume and intro video in English only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
