We are seeking a **Google Workspace Administrator** with a strong technical background in Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
This customer-facing role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to assist in resolving Google Workspace tickets and provide outstanding support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer and manage Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for our organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace tools and services.
- Assist **George** in managing Google Workspace tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- **2+ years of experience** in Google Workspace administration.
- ** Google Workspace certifications** (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Workspace Deployment Specialist).
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Google Workspace tools and services.
- Excellent **problem-solving** and **analytical** skills.
- Strong English **communication skills**, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to provide **exceptional customer service**.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a **team** and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)**:
- Knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
- ** Google Professional Engineer certification** is a plus.
