JPMC's Governance and Program Management (GPM) goals are to provide program management for Finance and Risk cross Line of Business (LOB) programs and projects, impacting a variety of systems and processes from risk management to regulatory reporting. The Latin America GPM team is looking for an VP to support strategic initiatives in the Brazil Banking business. This role is focused on coordinating projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Finance and Risk systems used for financial, management, regulatory and risk reporting. Job responsibilities: Provide governance oversight to multiple programs regarding financial data and systemsTake leadership on strategic initiatives related the design of system flows and architecture supporting the production of financial, regulatory, management and risk reportingWork in close coordination with other areas in F&BM and Risk including Controllers, Planning and Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, Corporate Tax and others to address internal and external financial reporting needsBe the trusted advisor to business leaders in support of strategic initiativesEnsure connectivity between the Brazil GPM and Brazil Finance teams to the rest of the F&BM community in, Latin America and globallyRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills: Project Management experience working on leading end-to-end projectsExcellent coordination, planning and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills and high level of comfort to present complex topics to senior stakeholdersDeep knowledge of banking products and financial reporting requirements, understanding the correlation between different structures and impacts to key financial statementsPrior experience with accounting and financial planning and analysisPrior experience with banking products is desirableAbility to multitask and prioritize deliverablesFluency in English and Portuguese in essential for the role
