**Description**
For our Transformers business unit we are looking for **GPG Insulation & Components (I&C) Quality Specialist (f/m/d).**
**Mission Statement**:
Support the Global Product Group Quality Manager (GPG QM) for Insulation and Components (I&C), 4 product lines (Bushings, Tap changers, Accessories and Insulation) on the definition, implementation assurance, and sustaining of actions and initiatives aimed to improve Q performance of Insulation and Components product group, across all factories in coordination with Factory Quality Managers, HUB Quality Managers, under leadership of the GPG QM.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Support the GPG I&C QM on:
**1. **Defining **Q Journey** and follow up implementation for all Insulation and Components' product lines (Pressboard/Paper, Insualtion kits, Accessories, Bushings and Tap Changers).
**2. Data's extract** and **Analysis** monitoring of the Quality monthly Performance per factories, per GPG and Product lines.
**3. Monthly Reporting with **data's analysis of main Quality KPIS (TF, COPQ, Failure cost, CCRP, Audits reports) and Q Key initiatives implementation and follow-up.
**4. **Creating and updating I&C Global **QICs** into our Global Hitachi Energy Publisher Library portal
**5. **Following up I&C **Digital QICs** implementation (working w/ECS)
**6. **Creating and updating I&C **Q Standards** as per the Q Journey action plan (Feasibility Commitment, Quality requirements standards per Product lines
**7.** Driving **APQP** plan for I&C product lines, including creation of global deliverables when applicable (**Foundation D-FMEA/P-FMEA**, **Global Control Plan** with **CTQs, process flows **in Celonis, etc.)
**8.** Delivering / Supporting** trainings and lessons learnt** sharing exchange.
**9.** Developing, with IT support and BU collaboration the **IT tools** transition to automated reports (TFs, CCRP, Pareto, RCA/8D Tracker, FMEAs etc )
**10. **Preparing and triggering **Global** **Q Alerts**
**11.** Follow up & support **T-NPS **improvement, e.g., red cards addressing, T-NPS KPI
**12. **Plan, prepare, and execute the **CPR Audits** with Ops. Experts, and ensuring the gaps closure
**13**.Developing **Q improvement project**s as per the Q Journey plan.
**14.** Lead / Support TOP Issues with 8D Approach for fast problem solving ( RCA/A3/ 8D )
**15. Global Skill matrix** definition and implementation for operator's qualification.
**16. **Otherraised as per the DT GPG & Units **Q KPIs** performance
**Your background**:
- Engineering University degree, with Master of Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of **experience in any product line from I&C**; R&D, Design and/or Manufacturing.
- Preferably with experience in Bushings.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, preferably in a technical and/or industry environment
- Customer-orientation and motivation for competitiveness improvements from Quality
- L6S Sigma Green Belt, Auditor trained / Accredited
- Quality Tools Knowledge ( RCA tools and methodology, FMEA, SPC )
- Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills
- Digital - IT tools perfect usage ability (SAP, ECS, SharePoint, Microsoft tools)
- High personal integrity and self-care attitude/behavior (Safety)
