We are seeking an experienced graphic designer with a strong background in branding . As a key visual storyteller, you'll craft designs that engage, inform, and inspire across both print and digital platforms. We need a creative talent who can transform concepts into compelling visual narratives, ensuring every design not only looks stunning but aligns seamlessly with brand identity and goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding principles and how to apply them across various projects. You'll be a hands-on designer, proficient with modern design tools, and adept at collaborating with teams, particularly with the Marketing Agency, to create visually cohesive campaigns that elevate the brand. Objectives of this role: - Develop innovative graphic designs across a variety of media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. - Collaborate with the Director of the Agency to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, and communicate ideas clearly. - Work autonomously and alongside the marketing team to manage multiple projects, deliver on time, and adhere to budget constraints. - Review and refine existing design processes to enhance brand storytelling and overall design efficiency. - Maintain internal design assets, including photography, video, and brand collateral. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams and clients to brainstorm, strategize, and create branding materials such as web pages, marketing collateral, internal communications, and signage. - Translate strategic branding initiatives into high-quality visual designs that reflect the brand identity. - Conceptualize and execute original designs using a variety of design elements like color, typography, imagery, and layout. - Oversee the design upload process for project materials, ensuring consistency and quality. - Stay up-to-date with market trends and integrate this knowledge into branding and design executions. Required skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). - Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clarify project expectations, provide progress updates, and openly receive feedback. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver). - Five or more years of experience with design software and a focus on brand development. - A passion for learning and enhancing your skill set with ongoing training. Preferred skills and qualifications: - Three or more years of professional experience in branding or marketing, ideally with a creative agency. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related field. - Experience with WordPress and content management systems. - Photography and photo-editing skills are a plus.
