**About the Job**
**Responsibilities**
- Create and develop visuals for digital and print marketing campaigns, including ads, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Update the company's commercial presentations to align with new brand guidelines and updated content.
- Manage and update the company's social media by creating engaging visual content that drives audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials for events, webinars, and other promotional initiatives.
- Manage the brand's visual identity across platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing projects, working closely with other departments to align the company's visual message.
- Adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback and market trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in technology companies or startups.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven ability to create visually attractive and communicative designs.
- Strong understanding of graphic design trends and digital/print visual communication dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of photography and video editing.
- Network of contacts in the design and digital marketing sector.
