Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, particularly in social media, ad creatives, emails, and landing page design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with social media design best practices for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience designing engaging email headers and templates.
Ability to design responsive layouts for landing pages and web banners.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet tight deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing work.
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality static graphics and layouts for a variety of digital channels, including social media, email, and websites.
Create visually engaging social media content (static posts, carousel ads, etc.)
that aligns with client branding and captures audience attention.
Develop landing page banners, email headers, and other web graphics that are optimized for different devices and platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all assets.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Incorporate feedback from creative leaders and adjust designs based on insights or client requirements.
Attend team meetings, brainstorms, and project kickoffs, contributing creative ideas and design strategies.
Stay updated on design trends, especially in the F&B, beauty, and lifestyle industries, and implement relevant trends in your work.
