Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital assets, including static and video ads, email designs, website pages, and offline marketing materials. You'll work across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate must be able to design from scratch and work within various design tools while adhering to strict branding guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Design and edit static images and video ads for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Design email templates from scratch, incorporating branding and user experience best practices. Build emails within email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot, ensuring proper layout and functionality. Develop website page designs and layouts, ensuring consistency with branding and user experience best practices. Design offline marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and print collateral. Follow and replicate strict branding styles and guidelines across all materials. Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver innovative and effective designs. (Bonus) If familiar with Shopify, you'll have the opportunity to assist with website and e-commerce designs. Requirements: Based in Brazil. Moderate proficiency in English; fluent in Portuguese (your manager will communicate in Portuguese). Proficient in Figma and Canva for creating digital assets. Experience designing emails from scratch and building emails within platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Ability to design websites and landing pages. Experience creating offline marketing materials. (Bonus) Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce design. Ability to work within strict branding guidelines and attention to detail.
