Join us today and be part of our mission to revolutionize the online payment industry.Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:Creating and delivering visual content across multiple platforms—whether it's for print, digital, or the web.Collaborating with the Growth team to design eye-catching campaigns, branding assets, and social media content.Ensuring all designs reflect the brand's identity and messaging.Fine-tuning elements like typography, layouts, colors, and graphics for polished and consistent designs.Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.Offering creative ideas and insights in brainstorming sessions.Solving visual challenges using design principles to deliver standout results.Helping to shape AstroPay's visual identity with compelling designs.Core Competencies and Skills:Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and thriving in collaborative settings.A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field.At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fintech industry, with a solid portfolio.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience designing across different platforms—web, newsletters, mobile, print, social media.Ability to create visually appealing content for social media.Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Strong communication skills and ability to work with other teams.Passion for creativity and problem-solving.Motion design skills or knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.A proactive and self-motivated attitude.Benefits:Flexible hours: We are results-oriented.Professional growth: Explore your passions.AstroTeam: Connect with your team and have fun.AstroHouse: Meet and connect with AstroPayers globally.Training: Build your knowledge on the platform of your choice.
