They are looking for a talented graphic designer to join their team. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social content, ad creatives, and landing page design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Figma. Familiarity with social media design best practices for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Experience designing responsive layouts for landing pages and creating engaging email headers and templates. Ability to simultaneously work on different projects with different style guides. Ability to align designs with client branding and messaging. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A portfolio showcasing professional design work, particularly for B2B or professional audiences. Responsibilities: Design high-quality graphics for Outworks and its clients, including social media content, ad creatives, and email headers. Collaborate with content strategists to develop visually compelling assets that align with Outworks' brand identity. Create responsive layouts for landing pages and web banners, ensuring optimal performance across devices. Adapt and repurpose designs for various platforms while maintaining consistency in branding. Work independently on multiple design projects, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
