Leadership will help you continue improving your skill set.Experiences that will help you in this role:Required2+ years professional design experience.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).Exceptional production skills such as creating similars, photo cut-outs, and color adjustments.Highly skilled with typography, spacing, and hierarchy.Displays high-level knowledge of color theory and how to use it effectively in designs.Displays exceptional knowledge of how to design for various screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile) to ensure a cohesive experience across all devices.A portfolio of work showcasing various types of design projects.Satisfactory performance on a design skills test.Ability to communicate effectively in English. Able to work a US schedule. Reliable computer and internet.Preferred:Agency experience.E-commerce experience.
