Job Advert: Remote Graphic Designer for Independent Estate Agency - Fulham, London Location: Remote (UK office hours required) Salary: 9k BRL per month We are recruiting on behalf of an independent estate agency based in Fulham, London.
Our client specialises in the sale and letting of high-end properties in their local area and is now seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their team remotely.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer comfortable working with templates, quick turnarounds, and close communication with both an in-house administrator and estate agents via Slack and email.
The successful candidate will be able to produce high-quality, brand-consistent visuals within tight deadlines and handle last-minute changes with ease.
Key Responsibilities: Design and produce property brochures, flyers, and marketing booklets using templates.
Assist in creating magazine layouts.
Complete other ad-hoc design projects as needed.
Essential Skills: High Attention to Detail : Ability to thoroughly check work to avoid errors in client-facing materials.
Efficiency and Speed : Proven ability to handle time-sensitive projects and make revisions quickly.
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency : Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is essential.
