Around the world and across many sites and sectors, our multi-disciplinary teams are proactively working to optimize manufacturing systems.
Within the Group Manufacturing Engineering teams, you will find people who are focused on bringing digital transformation into the factory, always working towards continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles.

What you'll do:
As a Group Manufacturing Simulation Engineer, you will lead digitalization and virtual simulation activities for new processes, equipment and plants, creating automated and manual assembly stations.

In detail, you will:
- Build and drive common design for assembly lines, automation and other Food Preparation production processes;
- Develop and prepare optimized linelayouts, supporting the sector and the local manufacturing teams in new layout creation projects;
- Develop a standard workplace tool box catalogue in 3D/Line Designer, supporting the rollout of Line Designer and Teamcenter;
- Provide support for the R&D area in development projects and related updates.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent;
- Knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling CAD software (e. g. CATIA, Siemens NX);
- Knowledge of automation simulation software (e. g. Process Simulate, SIM Pro, Robot Studio);
- Knowledge of production engineering and automated assembly equipment;
- Knowledge of ergonomic regulations and MTM (Methods Time Management);
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Advanced English.

You will be based at the São Carlos plant, located in Vila Prado.
