Group Product Manager at WinDifferent
As a Group Product Manager at WinDifferent, you'll be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive the development of high-impact features that resonate with our users. Your role involves complete project management, from initiation to delivery. This includes supervising timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee exceptional quality.

What You Will Do:
Create and maintain robust product roadmaps and backlogs to create features, epics, and user stories. Work with development teams to size and estimate.
Actively participate in daily scrums to remove any product-related impediments, address queries regarding stories, and validate completed tasks.
Provide regular updates on project status, including product demonstrations, while also highlighting potential risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
Work in multiple phases and on multiple projects.
Contribute to establishing and managing the Product Management process.
Recognize business opportunities and resolve them through technical expertise.
Assist with analysis and market research as needed to define a product and assist customers.
Be the mediator for the requirements of internal and external clients.
Oversee the management of control and monitoring tools for efficient product development tracking and performance evaluation.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, maintaining the integrity and quality of the products.
Here's what we are looking for:
4+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
2+ years of experience in business analysis: capturing functional requirements and understanding user pain points.
Experience as a Project Manager or Software Developer.
Product development experience, from design to testing.
Previous experience learning existing products as well as building them from the ground up.
Results-oriented with negotiation skills and good communication.
Advanced English level.
