The position is a part-time sales position, where fees are paid through commission settlement after successfully introducing clients and achieving business through personal connections.
After signing the agreement, there will be a certain monthly basic service fee, which can be discussed in person to meet a small amount of monthly working hours.After the business goal is completed, a commission will be paid separately. The commission is high, unlimited, and with huge room for expansion in the market. There is no need to be on duty on a daily basis.
The position location is Singapore, you will collaborate directly with the General Manager and Operation departments in China, daily cooperation will be remotely.
S$3,000 - S$4,000 a month
As a Growth Board Member for CI&T, you will be responsible for increasing CI&T footprint in Singapore, by selling our business into the market.
Preferably, you will have experience/background on the software industry area, especially on the web development. You will have experience developing new business in Singapore, with an excellent business communication skills, along with a good English level too.
You will have easiness to understand technology and how this affects people's life and especially enterprise and large organizations in Singapore.
Overall, we are looking for someone with the right attitude towards a mix of business, technology and people!
Job Responsibilities:
-Contact designated key customers, establish relationships with potential customers, and ultimately complete sales tasks
-Develop and expand new businesses, achieve the company's business targets, and predict the direction and areas of the company's future expansion
-Collaborate with team members to determine solutions to issues such as sales cycles
-Participate in important events related to the IT industry

Target customer type:
Mainly large well-known enterprises and multinational Fortune 500 companies, with no industry restrictions, and a customer base with annual revenue of over 100 million.
Main business and sales content: digital transformation business, software outsourcing projects, long-term stable cooperation priority consideration

Job requirements:
5-8 years of relevant experience in customer management and sales in IT services, software, or outsourcing industries, with priority given to working in large and/or global organizations.
Having work experience and mature network resources to successfully achieve sales targets.
