Company Description Storytime.fm utilizes AI to deliver personalized, chapter-based stories for children, narrated by loved ones through voice cloning. The platform focuses on creating safe, habit-forming content to strengthen parent-child connections. Starting with simple stories on a subscription basis, we aim to evolve into offering more complex narratives for older audiences and implement a revenue-sharing model for creators. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Hacker at Storytime.fm. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for analytics, ASO, conversion optimization, and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. Qualifications Growth Hacking and Marketing skills Fluent in Portugues and Spanish Experience in App Analytics and Conversion Optimization App Store Optimization Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development Ability to analyze data and trends to inform growth strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving abilities Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques Previous experience in a startup environment is a big plus We are an early-stage startup, which means we are operating with limited resources.
