About Us Due is a London-based company founded in Sep 2022 with fresh Seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.
We are building a new payments platform that leverages the latest advancements in blockchain tech / crypto.
Today business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of a legacy banking system.
We want to challenge this status quo and build a stack of payment solutions, that would allow for permissionless, self-sovereign, global and frictionless payments.
A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven't yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses.
Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and bring adoption both on the consumer and merchant side of payments.
About the Role We have seen great traction in our product with minimum marketing efforts, and are now looking for a Growth Lead to 100x our user base in the next year and build a world class growth engine.
As our Latam Growth Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of our growth and marketing strategies in the region from the ground up, both B2B and B2C.
You'll be the first Growth hire, playing a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory and building a top performing team.
What will you be doing: Conducting market research to understand competitor trends and customer needs and pain-points Develop and execute a growth and marketing strategy from the ground up, targeting user acquisition, activation, and retention Set up and manage marketing campaigns across key digital channels Manage and create content for social media channels, blogs, and other digital platforms Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels Analyze marketing and growth data to measure performance, identify trends, and refine strategies Work on PR and partnerships to increase brand awareness and credibility within the ecosystem Requirements 3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or related industries Interest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Strong sales / communications skills Proven track record of developing and executing successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese Nice to Have Prior experience in blockchain or crypto projects Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in fintech marketing Basic design skills Benefits ? 28 days of paid holidays Work remotely from anywhere in Latam No corporate BS, work flexibly and autonomously
