The company's mission is to become the premier financial operating system for Web3, facilitating on-chain transactions and financial activities across diverse blockchain networks.Role Overview The company is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead the efforts to expand the company's online presence, engage with the community, and drive user adoption.
Your contributions will be pivotal in fostering a vibrant and active community around our platform, propelling us toward our vision of revolutionizing the Web3 landscape.
You'll join a dynamic team, backed by AllianceDAO, supporting over 50 chains.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community across social media platforms such as Twitter and Discord, as well as online forums.Cultivate meaningful relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to foster advocacy and support.Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and community announcements.Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, user feedback, and market trends to refine growth strategies and optimize performance.Lead outreach campaigns and initiatives to attract new users and expand our community footprint.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align growth efforts with overall company objectives.Requirements Proven experience in community management, social media management, or growth marketing within the crypto or tech industry.Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and foster authentic community interactions.Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter, and community platforms like Discord, to drive engagement and user acquisition.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for identifying new growth opportunities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities.Fully remote workCompetitive salaryFlexible shift with at least 2-3 hours PST overlapWhen applying, state you found this job on Pangian.com Remote Network.#J-18808-Ljbffr
