We are seeking a Growth Leader to guide our expansion strategy at KTO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our growth through detailed data analysis and a deep understanding of the Brazilian market. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the expansion process of the KTO brand in Brazil, focusing on indicators such as brand recall, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), available market, and consumer potential, among others. Oversee the team responsible for interacting with research institutes, market intelligence agencies, and other potential partners to identify the best expansion opportunities for the KTO brand in Brazil. Coordinate representatives, emissaries, service providers, and other agents to ensure the company has access to the best growth opportunities and anticipates market trends. Continuously research new market niches and potential partners to expand the company's reach. Conduct feasibility analyses and assess the potential return to determine the suitability of new niches and partners. Develop customized strategies for different niches and partners, adapting marketing approaches to specific audiences. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education and experience in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Business Intelligence, etc. Proven experience of at least 5 years with growth marketing and branding strategies. Familiarity with best practices in offline and digital marketing. Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, preferably in iGaming or indirectly related segments such as consumer goods, e-commerce, entertainment, gaming, iBanking, etc. KTO is an equal opportunity employer.
