Job Summary: As the Growth Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the LATAM market. This hands-on role requires expertise in website management, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing activities. You will work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with our overall strategy while driving growth in LATAM. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, visibility, and sales in the LATAM region. Manage and optimize the company's website for LATAM, including localization, content updates, and user experience improvements. Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic from LATAM. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others to drive high-quality leads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align regional efforts with the overall marketing strategy. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly in the LATAM region, and apply them to your work. Qualifications: Proven 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. Strong understanding of the LATAM market (especially Brazil and Argentina), including cultural nuances and digital marketing trends. Hands-on experience with website management, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing activities. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM platforms like HubSpot. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese and English is preferred.
