With hundreds of users completing thousands of battery swaps weekly, our platform is thriving.Role DescriptionThis role will be responsible for one of the key metrics in the company: the occupancy rate (% of rented bikes vs. available ones). You will shape the strategies and operations that drive our rapid expansion and success in the electric mobility market, essentially creating the ecosystem necessary for this growth. As we prepare to deploy thousands of electric vehicles onto the streets, this position is both challenging and crucial. We are looking for a top performer in growth to take on this responsibility. Given the significance of this role, it offers unique opportunities for high exposure, learning, and making a substantial impact on our mission.Here's what you'll be doingGrowth Strategies: Create, test, and implement diverse growth strategies to drive expansion and success.Process Creation: Design and implement sales funnels and processes from the ground up, utilizing data-driven approaches to test, refine, and validate various strategies.System Setups: Configure and optimize key sales tools, including CRM systems and chatbots, to enhance sales efficiency and lead engagement.Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support sales strategies.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and identify best practices.Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance sales operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.New Technologies Testing: Lead the integration of AI and other innovative technologies into sales strategies, exploring new methods to achieve optimal results.Who are we looking for?Experience: At least 3 years in growth-related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant growth.Startup Experience: Demonstrated success in high-autonomy roles at startups, building and testing growth strategies from the ground up.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and prove hypotheses with data.Tools Proficiency: Expertise with essential sales tools, including CRM systems and chatbots. Marketing experience is a plus (Google Analytics, SEMrush, SEO, SEM, paid media strategies etc).Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both customers and the sales team.Hands-On Approach: Comfortable engaging directly with potential customers to gain deep insights and understand the story behind the numbers.Independent and Curious, Hacker Mentality: Ability to build and test solutions independently without relying on other teams.Process Development: Proven track record of creating and implementing business processes to streamline sales operations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; knowledge of Python and AI tools is a plus.
