Discuss business requirements with the Product Manager and other stakeholders. What we are looking for: Experience leading teams and managing careers; Hands-on experience building and deploying ML solutions; Deep understanding of machine learning concepts: regression and classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, bias-variance tradeoff, model explainability, etc.; Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, bayesian modeling, optimization and causal inference for A/B experiments analysis.
