**What You Will Achieve**
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle.
Through your extensive knowledge you will develop and monitor the supply chain strategy with the objective to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for Pfizer.
You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all Supply Chain activities at the site which include but are not limited to Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning & Scheduling, Customer Service, Product Lifecycle Management, Warehousing & Logistics and Dispensing Operations.
You will also lead demand/supply planning, inventory management, and life cycle management teams.
As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your Operating Unit.
Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the team members.
You will manage performance of direct and indirect reports, and support Operating Unit objectives through goal setting, assessment, coaching and performance evaluation of team members.
Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside.
You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

**How You Will Achieve It**:
- S et objectives for and manage multiple projects within a n Operating Unit.
- Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines.
- Lead evolution and development of site Supply Chain management systems and all Supply Chain process improvements and deployment of Global Supply Chain processes.
- Actively engage in local market demand and commercial opportunities management, escalating appropriate issues to ensure necessary remedial actions.
- Accountable for establishing appropriate professional partnerships, service agreements and communication processes with all in-market Business Unit (BU) leaders and others.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with each Business Unit, with appropriate participation from BU leadership and functional team Organization Management.
- Develop and achieve operating budgets seeking continual process and cost improvement.
- Accountable for the planning, organizing, directing and compliant management of all finished goods import and local market logistics related activities.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the in
- market distribution strategy.
- Support key product Life Cycle/Change management activities.
Ensure coordination and robust plans are in place for all key Lifecycle/ PNS related changes by working closely with markets and sites, as well as, global functions and stakeholders.
- Develop Global Supply Chain ( GSC ) annual budget and financial forecasts, Monitor and control of expenses to achieve budget and service levels.
- Develop a talent base of high performing professionals and managers to deliver on business unit and strategic projects.
- Create a motivated, committed and engaged project team that fosters innovation and professional development.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience.
- Experience of logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain systems.
- Good people management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong competency with tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Six Sigma/Lean management certification.
- Project Management experience.
- Knowledge on the operation of all facilities.
- Experience in S&OP process and execution.
