Job Description:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage, grow, and optimize the company's social media accounts.
Create and edit engaging content (posts, images, videos) to attract followers and potential customers.
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and performance.
Track and analyze the performance of social media and Google Ads campaigns, providing regular reports on results.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and Google Ads, and apply them to the company's strategy.
Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in social media marketing and Google Ads is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Basic design skills (familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a bonus).
Excellent writing skills, especially for creating engaging and clear content.
Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on results.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of a flexible work environment.
