For our customer located in Basel/Switzerlandwe are currently looking for a : HCM Test Coordinator Brazil [remote] (m/f/d) Location: fully remote / Brazil Based (required for this Position) Do you have your own registered company that enables you to invoice us the worked hours based on the hourly all-in-rate as a freelancer (mandatory for this role)? Branch: Pharma Duration: 01.11.24 – 31.10.25 Tasks & Responsibilities The Test Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of testing efforts related to payroll integration with Workday. Organizes and manages all phases of the testing process to ensure the configuration meets required specifications and is fit for use. Services which will be provided: Develop and implement testing strategies and document test plans and cases related to payroll integration with Workday. Coordinate all testing activities during each testing phase including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Manage each testing stage to control risk and ensure the delivery is on schedule. Report out on testing progress to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary. Ensure all testing teams have required resources to execute the tasks. Resolve any potential issues or bottlenecks which might impact the timelines. Assist in managing defects in defect tracking system and assign them to the team members for resolution. Partner with the Development team to prioritize bug fixes and streamline incorporation into ongoing sprints. Prepare and present testing artifacts with traceability matrix and coverage. Must Haves Pharma experience is preferred. Workday experience is required. English fluent
