**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify, leverage and ensure successful development of scientific content for brands and target audiences (interaction w/ agencies, prof local teams, scientific engagement, franchise & global teams;
- Support franchise team during Strategic Plan process, brand playbooks, 3-year message process and scientific pipeline development;
- Guarantee proper interaction w/ Franchise/Global teams to leverage available content within the brands and identify best practices, learnings and potential projects;
- Guarantee proper interaction w/ Global HCP squad for Content Excellence projects deployment: Digital Asset Management tool governance & adoption, content automation, measurement & tagging, global content for immediate deployment;
- Co-leadership w/ CBI for studies, learning plans and hcp insight generation à HCP expert!
- Leadership of regional projects connected with capability building like Precision Content development based on HCP segmentation and Latam content matrix;
- Acts as an HCP expert for markets and brands and shapes the future of HCP capability towards digital transformation (automation, hyper-customization,digitization);
- Manages Non-working media & agency.
**Qualifications**
- Business Administration, marketing, communication;
- At least five years of experience in a consumer moving goods environment in marketing, trade marketing or any other communication/content oriented position;
- Pharma background preferred;
- Digital Marketing competencies preferred;
- Fluent in English and Intermedium/Advanced Spanish.
