YOUR CHALLENGE
Lead, motivate and scale up the Ad Operations team in LATAM
Provide tools and knowledge to your team to continuously improve their technical skills and efficiency
Ensure full understanding of our offering, stack and processes in place to guarantee high-quality service and high efficiency of all the members of the team
Lead communication with Sales leads & Country Manager on market topics & decisions
Work along the Product team and the Publishers team to improve the service offering to clients
Constantly seek for intelligent solutions that unlock additional revenue opportunities for Seedtag
Actively participate in diverse projects with cross-market impact, to maximise department efficiency & quality worldwide
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
You are analytical, decisive and resourceful in solving problems
You have +4 years of experience in digital advertising, developing a similar role
You have strong leadership skills and you are a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced media environment
You have great communication skills and is not afraid to take risks
You are a native Spanish speaker and you have full fluency in English
