Head Of Accounting

A national company, in a context of accelerated growth and internal transformations, seeks to remain a reference in providing management solutions aimed at the health sector. With this, through advanced resource administration and personnel management tools, the aim is to guarantee more efficiency, agility and solid results. As Head of the accounting area, your main challenge will be to work with a focus on team engagement combined with planning objectives and analyzing results, aiming to deliver the department's obligations in a scalable and accessible way to others involved in the operation. Main responsabilities:Plan, organize and manage general accounting activities, aiming to ensure that all reports and records are made in accordance with accounting principles and standards and relevant legislation; Prepare/Check the monthly balance sheets (accounting and management), aiming to ensure that they correctly reflect the company's economic and financial situation; Analyze accounting information and prepare reports (specific and occasional); Manage tax bookkeeping activities and the monthly calculation of Taxes for Real Profit, Presumed and Simples Nacional companies, aiming to ensure that all taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS and others) are calculated and collected in the form of the law, including compliance with ancillary obligations; Manage monthly accounting statements to comply with specific legislation, as well as other mandatory information from activity regulatory bodies; Prepare Balance Sheet for publication, attend to and monitor the work of the external audit, providing all necessary clarifications, aiming to speed up and quality the work; Tax planning: monitoring, interpretation and implementation of processes and/or improvements to adapt the company's processes to comply with legislation. Requiriments:Complete degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC; Professional background in service and/or technology companies; Solid experience in accounting software and financial reporting tools; Results-oriented and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.
