BettingJobs is working with a well backed iGaming operator start up seeking to expand their team with a proactive Head of Affiliates to focus on the Brazilian market. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian online gambling market, with a proven track record of success in affiliate management and business development. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention of players for both online casino. • Identify and recruit top-performing affiliates and strategic partners in the Brazilian market, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance. • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals. • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, analysing key metrics and implementing data-driven strategies. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Brazilian market, leveraging insights to inform strategy development. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of affiliate operations. • Provide regular reporting and analysis of affiliate performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the Brazilian online gambling industry, with a proven track record of driving results. • Deep understanding of the Brazilian online gambling market. • Strong network of contacts within the Brazilian affiliate community, with the ability to identify and recruit top-performing affiliates. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize performance. • Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
