Head Of Affiliates - Relocating To Lisbon

BettingJobs is working with a well backed iGaming operator start up seeking to expand their team with a proactive Head of Affiliates to focus on the Brazilian market. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian online gambling market, with a proven track record of success in affiliate management and business development.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention of players for both online casino. Identify and recruit top-performing affiliates and strategic partners in the Brazilian market, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance. Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals. Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, analysing key metrics and implementing data-driven strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Brazilian market, leveraging insights to inform strategy development. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of affiliate operations. Provide regular reporting and analysis of affiliate performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the Brazilian online gambling industry, with a proven track record of driving results. Deep understanding of the Brazilian online gambling market. Strong network of contacts within the Brazilian affiliate community, with the ability to identify and recruit top-performing affiliates. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize performance. Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
