Role Objective

To establish and elevate the company as a leading and trusted brand in the fintech and trading sectors by crafting and executing innovative communication strategies, building strong emotional connections with global audiences, and driving impactful market positioning that aligns with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning and Growth Strategy:
Design and lead comprehensive brand positioning strategies that enhance recognition, reputation, and emotional connection with clients, aligned with the company's goals for awareness, engagement, and growth.
Adapt and oversee brand and communication strategies tailored to key markets such as LATAM, Brazil, and global regions, ensuring cultural sensitivity and commercial impact.
Identify market opportunities to differentiate the brand in a competitive sector like fintech and trading, ensuring strategies drive tangible results for business objectives.

Leadership in Strategic Communication and Narrative:
Develop and execute a cohesive brand narrative, connecting the company's purpose with global audiences through campaigns across digital channels, events, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee omnichannel communication efforts, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts, ensuring consistency in tone and key messaging.
Design disruptive and creative campaigns to boost the company's visibility and virality in the Spanish-speaking trading community, fostering a strong emotional connection with users.

Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization:
Conduct continuous market analysis, identifying trends and studying competitors to keep the company at the forefront of industry innovation.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts.
Build a holistic vision that combines innovation and industry best practices, ensuring the company's differentiation as a leader in its segment.

Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships Management:
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners, to strengthen the brand's public perception.
Coordinate participation in international events, ensuring these opportunities elevate the company's prestige and visibility.

Leadership and Development of Creative Teams:
Manage multifunctional marketing and communication teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on creativity, innovation, and measurable results.
Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while promoting continuous skill development and leadership growth.

Efficient Resource and Budget Management:
Optimize the marketing budget for high-impact initiatives, from digital campaigns to strategic events.

Requirements
Experience in Branding and Communication: At least 3 years of proven experience in brand positioning within industries such as fintech, technology, or trading.
Strategic and Analytical Orientation: Strong knowledge of metrics to assess the impact of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Global and Cultural Marketing Expertise: Experience tailoring messages and campaigns to different markets and international audiences.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to lead disruptive and differentiating initiatives that enhance brand engagement.
Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams while fostering professional growth and a results-driven culture.
