Head Of Credit Risk

Head of Credit Risk Responsibilities : Implement the credit risk management framework including ongoing identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of key credit risk exposure Conduct portfolio data analysis on post lending accounts to identify the associated credit risks and problems and make appropriate recommendations on risk mitigation Monitor the performance of loan portfolios to ensure they comply with the credit risk strategies, policies and manuals Solicit and analyze market-related information on the practice or trend of consumer and SME lending risk management, and make recommendations to Senior Management for procedural reviews Review and validate credit decision process and credit modelling, and identify areas for improvements Work closely with business teams, product team, data scientists to drive various initiatives to achieve business needs within risk appetite Qualifications : Bachelor or above degree with major in Mathematics, Statistic, Information System, or Financial Engineering or etc.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in retail credit business including consumer lending or micro-SME lending in the banking or financial industry.
Minimum 3 years of Brazil Local experience required minimum 3 years of Brazil Local experience required Self-initiated and innovative, excellent analytical skill and ability to handle multi-tasks under a tight schedule.
Proficient in both Portuguese and English required in a multi-national work environment Familiar with local regulatory requirements, and experience working with local regulators a plus Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, data analytics tools, etc) Preferably with either CFA or FRM certification Brazilian preferred and the local residence is required
