We are looking for a** Head of Dealing **in our São Paulo Office, with proven dealing / trading experience and exceptional sales skills.
As the Head of Dealing, you will lead our FX team, leveraging your extensive experience in dealing and trading to drive our business forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a team of FX dealers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation;
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, offering bespoke solutions to meet their international business needs and mitigate FX risks;
- Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management;
- Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.)
- Plan, structure, and execute FX deals, ensuring optimal value for clients while contributing to Ebury's growth;
- Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication;
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product teams for continuous improvement;
- Originate new business through networking with existing clients for referrals.
**Required Experience**:
- Extensive experience in financial services sales or relationship management roles;
- Previous experience in a commercial bank or a similar environment, selling to SMEs, is advantageous;
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services;
- Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English;
- Business or finance academic background is preferred.

- Adaptable and quick learner, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop sales strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
