What's the role?
We are looking for a creative and motivated professional to join Bloomberg"s Supply Chain Management team in Sao Paulo.
In partnership with our management team across Latin America, the various global functions within Supply Chain, as well as our stakeholders within the organization, you will be responsible for running all aspects of Supply Chain Operations to provide the highest quality customer service to both our external clients, internal clients, and our internal stakeholders.
Some of the activities include warehouse/inventory management, production management, vendor management, and process/cost improvement.
You will also be expected to coach and lead team to find areas of opportunity for efficiency and implement change.
**We'll trust you to**:
- Provide effective managerial oversight and leadership for our staff.
This includes coaching, counselling, training, and performance reviews, aiming at developing a high-performing team with a strong talent pool.
- Manage the day-to-day operations varying from Warehouse/Inventory management, Production management, Office Services, Logistics (international, domestic, and last mile delivery), and Reverse Logistics / Customer site management.
- Use data analysis to actively identify new and innovative ways to improve the efficiency of our operation upholding our high standards
- Develop and maintain the highest level customer service to our external clients, our internal clients, and our stakeholders
- Develop and implement new strategies for distribution and operational management
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues in other areas of the region and business to identify operational synergies/alignment and cross-functional opportunities
- Constantly re-assess our Latin America distribution network in order to drive the best customer-service, ensuring that customers and internal stakeholders have been served on-time.

You'll need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain Operation/Management experience or relevant field
- Experience in maintaining relationships with multiple cross functional teams
- Experience on dealing with Latin America culture differences and challenges
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills using data to drive decisions
- Proven experience in driving change and transformation
- SAP Hands-on experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
We would love to see:
- PMP, Agile & Scrum, ASCM, CSCMP, Six Sigma, Lean or other relevant certification(s) a plus
- Project Management experience
- Previous experience with TMS and Logistics data
- International experience
- Master"s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Customer/User experience (Cx/Ux) programs
