Warmly is a fast-growing Series A company backed by Y-Combinator, Felicis, and Sequoia, with a high-velocity, transparent, and data-driven work culture.
Our AI sales platform saves hundreds of hours/week for sales teams while helping our customers achieve their mission faster.
Heading into 2025 with new funding, we will be scaling $3M to $10M in ARR and 250 to 500 customers in advance of a Series B.

About the Role
As the
Head of Engineering , you will lead Warmly's engineering team through its next growth phase.
Your mission will be to combine technical vision with strategic leadership, building a resilient team, while aligning engineering efforts with product goals.
You will be focused on fostering collaboration across functions (mainly product, design, sales, customer success), managing talent, and driving quality at scale.

Our app engineering team is based in the US/Brazil (ex.
meet our Tech Leads

), our data engineering team is based in Israel (brought in from
our acquisition
of Immagnify) and we have a fractional DevOps Agency we partner with.
We all work US hours.
We have some exciting technical challenges ahead of scaling our systems, integrations & data.
We process millions of real-data website visits/day, orchestrate tens of thousands of automated AI sales & marketing campaigns/day and sync hundreds of customer's CRMs and email platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Vision & Strategy
Define and implement the technical roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
Make future-proof architectural decisions that balance scalability with agility.
Maintain high standards in code quality and shipping velocity through continuous iteration on processes.
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers whose skills align with the business needs.
Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and collaboration.
Create opportunities for knowledge sharing to reduce dependencies on individuals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align technical and business objectives.
Act as the engineering voice in strategic discussions with leadership, ensuring technical feasibility and prioritization.
Operational Excellence & Scalability
Implement efficient workflows to optimize team output and improve delivery timelines.
Monitor and manage engineering budgets and resources effectively.

What We're Looking For
Ideally: you've scaled 2+ B2B SAAS startups from Series A to Series D (7 to 40+ engineers).
8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years leading teams.
Experience with
TypeScript, Node.js, React , and relational databases like
PostgreSQL .
Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams, especially in SaaS environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience setting goals, managing performance, and fostering accountability.
Ability to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
