We're assembling an exceptional team to tackle one of the world's toughest challenges, and we're looking for a world-class Head of Finance to establish a capital-efficient organization and lead the charge in fundraising through both debt and equity.

Responsibilities:
Lead debt raising for our fintech structure (DCM)
Drive equity fundraising, from Series-A to IPO (ECM)
Oversee financial and strategic planning
Manage day-to-day operations: accounting, payments, legal
Help shape our fintech product offering
Build a cost-conscious and efficient organization

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, top consulting firms, or a relevant fintech
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Expertise in financial modeling and presentations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership abilities
