Requirements:
8 years in Treasury and Finance.
Minimum 3 years in a management position.
Advanced English.
Knowledge: Banking, financial instruments, cash flow management and analysis of the cash conversion cycle, IFRS 9, electronic banking, cash flow management, collection strategies, electronic billing, treasury.
Portfolio management of more than 500 clients.
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Intermediate-Advanced.
Main activities:
Analyze and implement collection strategies to recover customer portfolio.
Establish collection objectives.
Follow up on clarifications of billed charges that key customers didn't acknowledge or request clarification.
Create, implement and monitor KPI's for the Treasury, Accounts Collect and billing.
Prepare the cash flow for the correct administration of financial resources.
Make and monitor provisions for estimating doubtful accounts, under the guidelines of the IFRS 9 standard.
Monitor and ensure the execution of all payment obligations in a timely manner.
Obtain the lowest cost funding sources, to maximize profitability or as support to improve the rental price.
Monitor and develop internal controls to make execution more efficient and robust of the activities carried out in Treasury, Billing and Accounts Receivable.
Schedule and execute the collection committee that contributes to decision making.
Ensure that accounting closings are carried out in a timely manner.
