We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to lead our media efforts and drive brand engagement across various markets. This strategic role involves overseeing all digital media campaigns and implementing innovative lead generation tactics. The successful candidate will work closely with the Heads of Strategy, Acquisition, and E-commerce to propel sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Design and implement digital media campaigns; lead SEO initiatives to boost brand visibility. Leadership and Collaboration: Oversee digital media agencies and freelancers; foster internal alliances and collaborate with senior leadership. Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and regularly evaluate the success of growth strategies. - Innovation and Improvement: Explore new lead generation methods and enhance digital marketing efforts. - Market Expansion: Identify and target new market opportunities domestically and internationally. - Product Development: Liaise with product teams to align offerings with market demands. - Customer Acquisition and Retention: Formulate strategies to attract and retain customers. - Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for growth initiatives to maximize ROI. - Technology Utilization: Incorporate cutting-edge technology to bolster marketing efforts. - Regulatory and Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and embrace sustainability. - Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and optimize conversion rates. Qualifications:

- Full professional proficiency in English; fluency preferred. - Extensive experience in digital media or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Deep expertise in digital marketing. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Creative and strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
